- EXECUTIVE SESSION: To determine positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, develop a strategy for negotiations, and/or instruct negotiators, pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(e) and potential lease or conveyance of real property (water rights) pursuant to § 24-6-402(4)(a) relating to the Haymeadow Conservation Project proposal and requests from Eagle County and for legal advice from the Town attorney and Town’s water rights attorney regarding the same pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b) and determine positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, develop a strategy for negotiations, and/or instruct negotiators on the topic of an agreement between the Town and Red Mountain Ranch pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(e).
