Amends a contract with SITA IPS USA Corp (f/k/a Materna IPS USA Corp) by adding $2,242,346.66 for a new total of $5,193,384.70 for support of the common use hardware and software at Denver International Airport. No change to contract duration, in Council District 11 (PLANE-202158763/ PLANE-202577652). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 6-30-2025.
