Amends an agreement with Bear Communications, Inc. d/b/a BearCom to add $800,000.00 for a new total of $1,165,904.00 for the upfitting of law enforcement vehicles. No change to contract term, citywide (POLIC-202370624/POLIC-202580926-01). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-1-2025.
