A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Denver Housing Authority, to continue supporting the development, rehabilitation, and preservation of affordable housing serving low- and moderate-income households.
Amends an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Denver Housing Authority (DHA) to clarify the original language from the 2018 IGA and allow for scope of work adjustments in response to changes in market conditions and resulting impacts on anticipated project delivery to support accelerated development, rehabilitation, and preservation of affordable housing serving low- and moderate-income households, citywide (OEDEV-201843652/HOST-202579793-01). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 9-14-2026. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 8-11-2026.
