A resolution approving a proposed Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Mark Young Construction, LLC to complete construction of a new office facility, maintenance building, and yard for the new DPR NW facility at Cuernavaca Park, in Council District 1.

The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 9-21-2026. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 8-19-2026. This item was called out at the 8-31-2026 meeting for a one-week postponement to the next regular Council meeting on 9-14-2026.
