A resolution approving and providing for the execution of a proposed Grant Agreement between the City and County of Denver and the United States Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration concerning the “Sanderson Gulch Resiliency” Project and the funding therefor.
Approves grant agreement USDOT Federal Highway Administration for $20,607,158.00 (Federal share: $4,000,000.00, CCD share: $16,607,158.00) with an end date of 12-31-2029 to provide funding for trail improvements along Sanderson Gulch, in Council District 7 (DOTI-202685857). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 10-5-2026. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 9-2-2026.
