Amends a contract with the St. Francis Center to add $40,000.00 for a new total of $936,167.00 to provide an additional 20 households with rapid resolution services for people experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Amends a contract with 5280 Waste Solutions, LLC by adding two years for a new end date of 11-30-2028 to provide trash removal and disposal services. Amends a contract with Savio House to add $814.00 for a new total of $1,793,066.00 to continue providing Denver Collaborative Partnership (DCP) fiscal oversight and Family Strong prevention program services for children or youth and their families as part of the Collaborative Management Program (CMP) in Denver aimed at serving youth and their families to keep youth in their own communities. Approves a Grant Agreement with the Caring for Denver Foundation for $2,463,443.00 with an end date of 11-30-2027 for the Co-Responder Program in support of the Crisis Intervention Unit (CIRU) to improve outcomes, streamline services, and create system efficiencies for those with behavioral health issues who have come to the attention of Denver’s first responders and criminal justice stakeholders, citywide (POLIC-202685780).

Amends an agreement with Bear Communications, Inc., d/b/a BearCom, to add $923,000.00 for a new total of $2,088,904.00 and to add two years for a new end date of 9-30-2028 for the upfitting of law enforcement vehicles, citywide (POLIC-202370624/POLIC-202685503-02).
