Amends a contract with the Denver Rescue Mission to add $45,000.00 for a new total of $1,074,745.00 to provide an additional 20 households with rapid resolution services for people experiencing homelessness or housing instability. 6. 6 A resolution approving a proposed Second Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Brothers Redevelopment, Inc. to administer the Temporary Rental and Utility Assistance program (TRUA), citywide. Amends an agreement with Brothers Redevelopment, Inc. to add $400,000.00 for a new total of $10,099,685.00 and to add three months for a new end date of 3-31-2027 to administer the Temporary Rental and Utility Assistance program (TRUA) serving an additional 40 unduplicated households, citywide (HOST-202476821/ HOST-202685343-02). 26-1287 approved by consent
7. 7 A resolution approving a proposed Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Housing Connector to remove barriers and increase housing access for individuals experiencing homelessnes, citywide. Amends a contract with Housing Connector to add $1,773,600.00 for a new total of $11,355,006.00 to serve an additional 85 unduplicated households with a total of 225 unduplicated households served in 2026 to remove barriers and increase housing access for individuals experiencing homelessness.
