A resolution laying out, opening and establishing as part of the City street system parcels of land as: 1) East Hampden Avenue, located at the intersection of East Hampden Avenue and South Willow Street; and 2) South Willow Street, located at the intersection of South Willow Street and East Hampden Avenue. Dedicates two City-owned parcels of land as Public Right-of-Way as 1) East Hampden Avenue, located at the intersection of East Hampden Avenue and South Willow Street, and 2) South Willow Street, located at the intersection of South Willow Street and East Hampden Avenue, in Council District 4. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 9-16-2026.
