Approves the City Council appointment of Jaye Bailey to the permanent panel of arbitrators created by City Council pursuant to Charter §9.10.4(C) and to the permanent panel of mediators created by City Council pursuant to Charter §9.10.7(B), for a term effective immediately and expiring on 5-1-2032, unless removed from the permanent panel by passage of a resolution or ordinance by City Council.
