A bill for an ordinance designating certain properties as being required for public use and granting the authority to acquire through negotiated purchase or condemnation all property interests needed for the installation of the 2023 Pedestrian Intersection Improvements Project, which property interests may include, without limitation, fee interests, easements, access rights, improvements, buildings, fixtures, licenses, and permits as needed for the project.
