A resolution authorizing and approving the expenditure and payment from the appropriation account designated “liability claims,” the sum of Twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) made payable to The Fang Law Firm, P.C. in full payment and satisfaction of all claims related to Claim Number 2024-019771 regarding an accident which occurred on January 9, 2024, at or near the intersection of East Green Valley Ranch Boulevard and North Telluride Street in Denver, Colorado. Settles a claim involving the Denver Police Department. This resolution was approved for filing at the Mayor Council meeting on 4-29-2025.
