Approves the appointment of Jenna Smith to the 14th Street GID for a term ending on 12-31-2027 or until a successor is duly appointed and the reappointments of Wendy Murphy and Mark Heiser to the 14th Street GID for a term ending on 12-31-2027 or until a successor is duly appointed, citywide.
