A bill for an ordinance amending Article XI of Chapter 53 of the Revised Municipal Code concerning the administration of a program that offers real property tax assistance to eligible low-income property owners and tenants in the City and County of Denver. Amends Chapter 53, Article XI of the DRMC to change the administration of the property tax rebate program from DHS to HOST, citywide.
