Dedicates two parcels of land as public right-of-way as 1) East Amherst Avenue, located at the intersection of East Amherst Avenue and South Colorado Boulevard, and 2) South Colorado Boulevard, located at the intersection of South Colorado Boulevard and East Amherst Avenue, in Council District 4.
