A resolution authorizing and approving the expenditure and payment from the appropriation account designated “liability claims,” the sum of Thirty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eleven Dollars and Twenty-Nine Cents ($39,911.29) payable to the Fleet Response, in full payment and satisfaction of all claims related to the incident which occurred on April 13, 2021, at or near the 4800 Block of North Quebec Street in Denver, Colorado, Claim No. 2021-001879. Settles a claim involving the Denver Police Department. This resolution was approved for filing at the Mayor Council meeting on 8-6-2024.
