Olson Trust Account, in full payment and satisfaction of all claims related to the civil action captioned Christopher Cordova v City and County of Denver, a municipality; and Jacob Marsh an individual, which was filed in the Denver District Court, Case No. 2023CV32840. Settles a claim involving the Denver Police Department. This resolution was approved for filing at the Mayor Council meeting on 8-6-2024.
