Approves a revocable permit subject to certain terms and conditions, to CP VII Wynkoop, LLC, their successors and assigns, to encroach into the right-of-way with a private storm sewer main including approximately 125 feet of 18 inch RCP pipe, a 4 foot diameter manhole and a 6 foot diameter manhole in 39th Street at Wynkoop Street, in Council District 9.
