A resolution laying out, opening and establishing as part of the City street system parcels of land as: 1) North Santa Fe Drive, located near the intersection of North Santa Fe Drive and West 10th Avenue; 2) Public Alley, bounded by North Santa Fe Drive, West 10th Avenue, North Inca Street, and West 11th Avenue; 3) Public Alley, bounded by North Santa Fe Drive, West 10th Avenue, North Inca Street, and West 11th Avenue; and 4) Public Alley, bounded by North Santa Fe Drive, West 10th Avenue, North Inca Street, and West 11th Avenue.
