A resolution approving and providing for the execution of a proposed amended Grant Agreement between the City and County of Denver and State of Colorado Department of Transportation concerning the “Federal Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) Package 4” and the funding therefor. Amends a grant from Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) to reconstruct three new traffic signals within the City. This amendment reduces scope and changes Exhibit A.
