- 2024 DELTA COUNTY LAND USE CODE UPDATE:<br>Public Hearing and Board of County Commissioner's consideration for adoption of the 2024 Delta County Land Use Code Update, including amending the zoning map reflecting that all properties currently zoned UGA will be rezoned to RES-1, which is an amendment to the 2021 Delta County Land Use Code currently in effect along with the Board's consideration of Resolution: 1) Amending Zoning Maps to Rezone all Properties Zoned UGA to Res-1; 2) Adopting the 2024 Land Use Code Update; 3) Vacating Resolution 2003-R-017 (Resolution Requiring Review of Street Plan in "35-Acre Plus" Subdivisions); 4) Vacating Resolution 2023-R-007 (Renewable Energy Moratorium).
