An executive session for the Purpose of Discussing Housing Authority Transition toward Greater Independence and Associated Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the City of Commerce City, to Include (a) Agency Staff Positions,Compensation, Benefits, Leave Parameters and Related Personnel Matters for All/New Hires, (b) Consulting and Services Contracts and Vendor Negotiations to Include Intellectual Technology (IT),Computer and Software Needs, (c) Human Resources and Payroll Services, (d) Insurance Coverage through New CIRSA Membership,and (e) Other Intergovernmental Agreement Terms and Conditions Presently Under Discussion and Negotiation with the City of Commerce City, and Involving (i) Matters that May be the Subject of Negotiation/Negotiation Strategy (C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(e)); (ii) Personnel Matters (C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(f)(I)); and (iii) To Receive Legal Advice (C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b)).
