An executive session of the Urban Renewal Authority of Commerce City pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(e) and (b) for the purposes of instructing negotiators regarding terms of an existing agreement for the sale of real property, specifically Tract B within the Mile High Greyhound Park and for conferences with an attorney for the purposes of receiving legal advice relating to the Purchase and Sale Agreement regarding the same and a potential application for an amendment to the Planned Unit Development including Tract B and implications regarding the same for the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
