An executive session of the City Council of Commerce City pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(f)(I) for the purpose of discussion of personnel matters, specifically discussion of the annual performance evaluation of the City Manager and development of performance metrics for the City Manager's evaluation and if necessary, pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(b) to receive legal advice concerning the Employment Agreement with the City Manager.
