The Chaffee County Board of County Commissioners granted a Public Benefit Exemption from the Land Use Application Moratorium on September 5, 2023. On Nov. 6th, 2023, the Chaffee County Board of Adjustment granted a height variance allowing a 50-foot-tall structure (RES zone height limit is 35 feet).
