R24-124, A Resolution Authorizing Amendment No. 1 to "A Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC) Agreement By and Between the City of Arvada and Garney Companies, Inc. for the North Trunk Sewer Improvements at Sheridan Blvd. and 76th Ave.," for Purposes of Awarding Phase II, at a Guaranteed Maximum Price of $20,107,055.66, Thereby Increasing the Contract Amount from $192,522.00 to an Amount Not to Exceed $20,299,577.66
