SUBJECT: Approve Sole Source Finding and Goods Purchase Agreement for the Replacement of Pumps at the Spring Lake Pump Station, CIP 23-04RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. _____, for:1. Making a finding designating certain products, things, or services by Xylem Water Solutions USA, Inc. to be required for the continued functionality of the existing sewer lift station pumps;2. Authorize the City Manager to award a goods purchase agreement with Xylem Water Solutions USA, Inc. in the amount of $194,077.84 for the Spring Lake Pump Station Pump Replacement Project, CIP 23-04.
