SUBJECT: Contract Amendment for Construction Management and Inspection Services for Improvements Associated with Prudler Phase 1 and Phase 2 Subdivision Improvements<br><br>RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. _____, to approve an amendment to the professional services agreement for construction management and inspection services with UNICO Engineering Consultants, Inc. in the amount of $340,000 and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment.
2. SUBJECT: Lower Cache Creek Flood Risk Reduction Project, CIP 22-16; Approve Consultant Amendment #1 with ICF for Consulting Services.<br><br>RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommends that the City Council approve Resolution No. ______, authorizing the City Manager to authorize the consultant services amendment #1 with ICF for the Lower Cache Creek Flood Risk Reduction Project for an amount up to $128,740.
