2. SUBJECT: CityWorks License AgreementRECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommends that the City Council approve Resolution No. _____, authorizing the City Manager to enter into a five year agreement for the purchase of CityWorks software licenses in the amount of $377,018.88.
