2. SUBJECT: Staybridge Suites Offsite Improvement Project, Contract Amendment<br><br>RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. _____, to approve an amendment to the professional services agreement for construction management and inspection services with Associated Engineering Consultants, Inc. in the amount of $58,419.50 for a total agreement amount of $194,409.50 and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment.
3. SUBJECT: 2022 Assistance to Firefighters Grant (AFG) Award Acceptance and Appropriation<br><br>RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. _____, authorizing the City Manager and the Fire Department to:<br>1. Accept the 2022 Assistance to Firefighters Grant (AFG) Award for battery powered extrication tools and related equipment; and<br>2. Appropriate $136,043 to Fund 1330 to fund the initial expenditure.
