- SUBJECT: County Road 25A (Parkland Ave. to Miekle Ave.) Improvement Project, CIP 24-05, Approve Plans and Specifications and Authorize Bid Advertisement and Contract Amendment<br><br>RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. _____, to 1.) approve the project plans & specifications and authorize bid advertisement for the County Road 25A (Parkland Ave to Miekle Ave) Project, CIP 24-05; and 2.) appropriate $50,000 in Spring Lake Infrastructure – Roads funding (Fund 682) for the Project; and 3.) approve a consultant services amendment for design with Cunningham Engineering in the amount of $31,000 for a total agreement amount of $141,100 and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment.
