SUBJECT: Amendment to Add the City of West Sacramento to the Yolo Animal Services Planning Agency Joint Powers Agency<br><br>RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommends that the City Council adopts Resolution ________ to approve the first amendment to agreement creating the Yolo Animal Services Planning Agency Joint Powers Authority to add the City of West Sacramento as a Member; and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment.
