- SUBJECT: Microsoft Software Enterprise Licensing Agreement Renewal<br><br>RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: <br>1. Receive the Annual Maintenance for Microsoft Enterprise Agreement; and2. Approve Resolution No. _____, authorizing City Manager, or designee, to execute a three-year contract, and any necessary amendments, with Dell Technologies Inc., of Round Rock, TX, for furnishing and delivering Microsoft product licenses and support services, on the same terms and conditions afforded to the County of Riverside, California, through the Licensing Solution Provider Agreement Number PSA-0001524 and Riverside County Master Microsoft Enterprise Agreement No. 8084445 in an amount not to exceed $542,329.41.
- SUBJECT: Professional Services Agreement for Housing Consultant Services with NeighborWorks Sacramento Home Ownership CenterRECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. _____, (1) approving the reprogramming of $49,100 from a previous appropriation for the first-time homebuyer loan assistance program, (2) authorizing the Administrative Services Director to amend the budget as necessary, (3) authorizing the City Manager to execute a professional services agreement with NeighborWorks Sacramento Region Home Ownership Center in a form as prepared and approved by the City Attorney in the amount of $49,100 to provide housing consultant services for the City’s First-Time Homebuyer Loan Assistance Program through June 30, 2026, and (4) approving a new purchase price limit of $526,000 for new and existing homes for the City’s loan assistance program.
