Main and Ashley – Purchase and Sale Agreement<br><br id="isPasted">RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the City Council approve Resolution No. <u> </u> (1) Approving an appropriation of $2,300,000 from the Affordable Housing In-Lieu Fees Fund (1327) and authorizing the Administrative Services Director to amend the Fiscal Year 2025 budget as necessary; and (2) Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA) with YKI Investments for the purchase of approximately 2.6 acres of vacant property at the northwest corner of W. Main Street and Ashley Avenue (APN 064-170-053-000).
