SUBJECT: Authorize the Purchase Authority for Magnesium Hydroxide for the Water Pollution Control Facility<br><br>RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommends that the City Council approve Resolution No. _____, authorizing the City Manager to execute the Water Pollution Control Facility’s purchase of magnesium hydroxide from Hill Brothers Chemical Company for a total of $262,000.
2. SUBJECT: Contract Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement for the Staybridge Suites Offsite Improvement Project<br><br>RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. _____, to approve the amendment to the agreement for Professional Construction Management & Inspection Services with AEC and authorize and direct the City Manager to execute the amendment in the amount of $20,000.00 for a total contract amount of $214,409.50.
3. SUBJECT: Contract Amendment for Construction Management and Inspection Services for Improvements Associated with Prudler Phase 1 and Phase 2 Subdivision Improvements<br><br>RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. _____, to approve an amendment to the Agreement for Professional Construction Management & Inspection Services with UNICO Engineering Consultants Inc., and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment in the amount of $60,000.00 for the Prudler Phase 1 and Phase 2 Subdivision Improvements.
