SUBJECT: Approve Amendments to Landscape Maintenance Services Agreements with Dominguez Landscape Services, Inc. and Figueroa Landscape CompanyRECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommends the City Council adopt Resolution No. _____ and Resolution No. _____, authorizing the City Manager to execute the first contract amendments to two City Landscape Maintenance Services Agreements related to the terms and scope of services with Dominguez Landscape Services, Inc. and Figueroa Landscape Company.
2. SUBJECT: FY25 Vehicle Purchases and AppropriationRECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommends the City Council adopt Resolution No. _____, 1) Approving the purchase of six replacement vehicles utilizing the City of Sacramento Ford Police Interceptor Utility Vehicles Cooperative Purchasing Contract; 2) Appropriate two vehicle insurance payouts totaling $110,447.04 as follows: a) Allocate $45,388.67 to the Vehicle Lease Fund (2014) to pay off the remaining lease balance of totaled vehicle 7-008, b) Allocate $65,058.37 to the Vehicle Replacement Fund (2012) to assist in the purchasing of the six replacement vehicles; 3) Appropriate $8,239.00 to the reserve balance of 7-008 to the Vehicle Replacement Fund (2012); and 4) Approve the unfitting of the six replacement vehicles to not exceed $330,000.
