- SUBJECT: Approval of a Budget Request to Appropriate Fleet Funds and Fleet Maintenance Contract Increases<br><br>RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommend the City Council 1) Adopt Resolution No. _____, to appropriate $33,741 of Strike Team revenue from the General Fund, and appropriate $193,259 of reserves collected from vehicle #828 in Equipment Replacement Fund 2012 to be transferred to the Fleet Maintenance Fund (2010), and appropriate the funding totaling of $227,000 from Fleet Maintenance Fund 2010 for contract services; 2) Adopt Resolution No. _____, approving the first amendment to an agreement with United Fleet Maintenance to increase the contract amount by $12,000 for a total not to exceed amount of $112,000; 3) Adopt Resolution No. _____, approving the first amendment to an agreement with Riverview International Trucks to increase the contract amount by $140,000 for a total not to exceed amount of $240,000; and 4) Adopt Resolution No. _____, approving the first amendment to an agreement with Golden State Emergency Services to increase the amount of the contract amount by $75,000 for a total not to exceed amount of $275,000.
