2. SUBJECT: Request for the Appropriation Of Reserve Balance and Approval to Purchase a Fleet Vehicle<br><br>RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommend the City Council adopt Resolution No. _____, 1) Authorizing the appropriation of $100,000 from the City’s reserve balance into Fund 2012 for the purpose of purchasing a replacement fleet vehicle; and 2) Approving the purchase of a fleet replacement vehicle for the water department totaling $100,000.
3. SUBJECT: Approve Amendment #1 to the Agreement with The Gualco Group for State Representation and Advocacy Services for Flood Mitigation for the Lower Cache Creek Flood Risk Reduction Project, CIP 22-16<br id="isPasted"><br>Recommendation for Action: Staff recommend the City Council adopt Resolution No. _____, authorizing Amendment # 1 to extend The Gualco Group agreement for an additional 12 months for an amount not to exceed $90,000.
