SUBJECT: Approve Contract Amendment No. 2 with LPA, Inc. for Architectural & Engineering Design Changes Related to the Woodland Aquatic Center Project, CIP 19-18<br><br>RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommend the City Council adopt Resolution No. _____, authorizing the City Manager to execute contract amendment number 2 with LPA, Inc. for design changes related to the Woodland Aquatic Center Project, CIP 19-18, in an amount not to exceed $85,000.
  2. SUBJECT: Approve an Agreement with West Yost Associates for the 2025 Urban Water Management PlanRECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommend the City Council adopt Resolution No. _____, authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with West Yost Associates for the 2025 Urban Water Management Plan services, for an amount up to $125,373 and authorize a contingency of up to 10% ($12,537).
  3. SUBJECT: Public Hearing - West Wood Lighting and Landscaping DistrictRECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommend the City Council 1) Conduct a public hearing; and 2) Adopt Resolution No. _____, approving the Fiscal Year 2025/2026 annual levy report and order the levy and collection of the assessment within the West Wood Lighting and Landscaping District.
  4. SUBJECT: Public Hearing - Gibson Ranch Lighting & Landscaping DistrictRECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommend the City Council 1) Conduct a public hearing; and 2) Adopt Resolution No. _____, approving the Fiscal Year 2025/2026 annual levy report and order the levy and collection of the assessment within the Gibson Ranch Lighting and Landscaping District.

SUBJECT: Public Hearing - North Park Lighting and Landscaping DistrictRECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommend the City Council 1) Conduct a public hearing; and 2) Adopt Resolution No. _____, approving the Fiscal Year 2025/2026 annual levy report and order the levy and collection of the assessment within the North Park Lighting and Landscaping District.

SUBJECT: Public Hearing - Streng Pond Landscape Maintenance DistrictRECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommend the City Council 1) Conduct a public hearing; and 2) Adopt Resolution No. _____, approving the Fiscal Year 2025/2026 annual levy report and order the levy and collection of the assessment within the Streng Pond Landscape Maintenance District.
  7. SUBJECT: Award Contracts to West Coast Arborists, Inc. for Tree Pruning and Maintenance Services and Stump Grinding Services<br><br>RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommend the City Council approve Resolution No. _____, authorizing the City Manager to 1) Execute a two-year tree pruning and maintenance services agreement with West Coast Arborists, Inc. in the amount not-to-exceed $648,783 per year for July 1, 2025 to October 31, 2027 with the option to extend the agreement for up to three additional one-year terms; and 2) Execute a two-year maintenance service agreement for stump grinding services with West Coast Arborists, Inc. for July 1, 2025 to October 31, 2027 in the amount not-to-exceed $15,000 per year.
