SUBJECT: Increase in Construction Contingency for CIP 14-02, Water Pollution Asset Replacement (Headworks Screw Pump No. 2)RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. _____ to approve an increase in construction contingency up to $129,480.72 for a total contract amount of up to $1,190,939.72 for CIP 14-02, Water Pollution Asset Replacement (Headworks Screw Pump No. 2)
3. SUBJECT: Lower Cache Creek Flood Risk Reduction Project, CIP 22-16, and I-5/SR 113 Freeway to Freeway Connector, CIP 24-06: Approve Amendment #3 to Agreement with the Ferguson Group for Federal Representation and Advocacy Services for Flood Mitigation and Transportation<br id="isPasted"><br>RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. _____, authorizing Amendment #3 to extend the Ferguson Group agreement for an additional 16 months for an amount not to exceed $96,000.

SUBJECT: Authorization to Submit Response to UC Agriculture and Natural Resources’ RFP for The Plant @ California Project <br id="isPasted"><br>RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommends that the City Council authorize the City Manager, in partnership with the Woodland Research and Technology Park development team, to submit a response to University of California Agriculture and Natural Resources’ Request for Proposal (RFP) for Site Selection for The Plant @ California project.
