Conduct a public hearing to consider Shadow Oaks Hospitality, Inc's (“Appellant”) appeal of a Determination of Tax Amount Following the Administrative Hearing for Shadow Inn Transient Occupancy Tax Audit Assessment ("Determination") issued by the Tax Administrator on July 1, 2026 concerning violations of the City of Woodland Municipal Code Chapter 3.12 (Transient Occupancy Tax) for unpaid taxes, penalties, fraud penalties, and interest pursuant to Section 3.12.100 of the same Chapter authorizing appeals to the City Council; and</span><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><br><br></span><span style="margin-left: 0in; font-family: Arial; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">2. Adopt Resolution No. _____ to uphold the Tax Administrator’s determination and deny the appeal.
