Operating Agreement<br><br>RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommends the City Council adopt Resolution No.______, 1) Approving the renewal of the Operating Agreement between the City and Epic Bros Enterprises, Inc., a commercial cannabis non-volatile manufacturing facility located at 1230 Harter Avenue, Suites J and H; and 2) Authorizing the City Manager to execute the proposed agreement renewal on behalf of the City.
  3. SUBJECT: Renewal of the Epic Pros Enterprises, Inc. Operating Agreement<br><br>RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. ______, 1) Approving the renewal of the Operating Agreement between the City and Epic Pros Enterprises, Inc., a commercial cannabis distributor located at 1250 Harter Avenue, Suite C; and 2) Authorizing the City Manager to execute the proposed agreement renewal on behalf of the City.

SUBJECT: Agreement Between the County of Yolo and the City of Woodland for the Provision of Fire Protection Services within the Northern Portion of the Former Elkhorn Fire Protection DistrictRECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No.____: (1) approving the Agreement between the County of Yolo and the City of Woodland for the provision of fire protection services within the northern portion of the former Elkhorn Fire Protection District; and (2) authorizing the City Manager to execute the Agreement.
