Consideration of adoption of General Plan 2035, the City commenced a rewrite of Title 17 (zoning) of the Municipal Code. The proposed new zoning code addresses all land use topics including parking, fencing, permitted uses, nonconforming uses, animal keeping, etc. The Planning Commission has completed its review & has recommended approval to the Council.
