Award on-call construction management and resident engineering services contract - Authorize the City Manager to execute a one-year contract, with the option to renew for an additional four one-year periods, with four construction management and resident engineer consultants consisting of 4 Creeks, Inc., A & M Consulting Engineers, CCME, Inc., and NV5, Inc.; and place these firms on an on-call list to provide construction management and resident engineer services and related services in support of the city’s capital improvement projects.
