Adopt Resolution & Designate 2024/25 Specific Road Maintenance Funding: Adopt Resolution No. 2024-30 to designate Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account 2024/25 funding from the State of California Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017 (Senate Bill SB 1) to the Whitendale Road Rehabilitation Project; and authorize the transfer of $3,600,000 within the SB1 RMRA Fund from Pavement Rehabilitation and the appropriation of $100,000 from the SB1 RMRA Fund to the Whitendale Ave. Road Rehabilitation project.
