  5. 9 Adoption of the 2026 Fox Canyon Groundwater Management Agency Conflict of Interest Code – (New Item) RECOMMENDATIONS: (1) Receive and file a presentation on the 2026 Agency Conflict of Interest Code; (2) Conduct a biennial review of the Agency’s Conflict of Interest Code; (3) Adopt the proposed 2026 Conflict of Interest Code (2026 COIC) for the Fox Canyon Groundwater Management Agency; and (4) Direct staff to file the 2026 COIC with the Ventura County Board of Supervisors.

  8. 12 Resolution Honoring Lynn Maulhardt – (New Item) RECOMMENDATION: Approve proposed Resolution No. 2026-08 honoring Director Lynn Maulhardt for his decades of service to the Agency.
  9. 13 Approve and Authorize the Executive Officer to Execute a Professional Services Contract with Dudek to Provide Technical Groundwater Consulting Services to Support Implementation and Compliance with the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act in the Oxnard Subbasin, Pleasant Valley Basin and Las Posas Valley Basin; Authorize the Executive Officer to Make Limited Changes to the Contract – (New Item) RECOMMENDATIONS: (1) Receive a presentation from Agency staff on a professional services contract with Dudek to provide technical groundwater consulting services to support the Agency’s implementation
