- 9 Appoint a City Member as a Regular Director and Appoint a City Member as an Alternate Director to the Fox Canyon Groundwater Management Agency (FCGMA) Board of Directors, from the Eligible Cities of Camarillo, Moorpark, Oxnard, Port Hueneme, and Ventura, for Two-Year Terms Effective March 1, 2026, through February 29, 2028.
