4. Approval of Contract Amendment with Ryan Jackson to Increase the Scope of Work by an Additional $20,000 for Specialized Information Technology Services.
5. Authorization for the City Manager to Negotiate and Execute an Amendment to the Contract for Medical Control Oversight with Dr. Brandon Begley, Extending the Contract to the End of the 26/27 Fiscal Year with a Corresponding Increase in the Amount of $47,300 for Covered Services for the Fiscal Year.
6. Approval of Contract Amendment in the Amount of $50,000 with Enercon Services, Inc. for Additional General Engineering Services for the Electric Utility Department and Authorization for the City Manager to Negotiate and Execute the Corresponding Amendment.
7. Consideration of Approval of the Purchase of Equipment for the Network Rebuild Project from Rhino Networks in the Amount of $316,608.33.
8. Consider Approval of a Contribution of Up to $215,000 to the Mendocino County Inland Water and Power Commission for Fiscal Year 2026–27 and a Corresponding Budget Amendment.
9. Acknowledgments:<ul><li>August 26, 2026, as Women's Equality Day and the 106th Anniversary of the Ratification of the 19th Amendment to the United States Constitution.
