1. <u>Resolution 2024-XXX:</u> Appropriating $40,705 from Fund 401 unallocated reserves to Fund 401 “Airport” account number 401-10-125.51000 “Capital Improvements” to complete funding for City Project No. 24-038 "Crack Sealing at the Turlock Muni Airport FY 24-25”; determining the award of bid is exempt from the provisions of CEQA in accordance with Section 15301 of the CEQA guidelines; awarding bid and approving an Agreement with Cal Coating Asphalt, Inc. of Turlock, California in the amount of $58,719.20; and authorizing a construction contingency amount of $5,872 (10%) for construction of City Project No. 24-038 "Crack Sealing at the Turlock Muni Airport FY 24-25” to be funded by Fund 401 “Airport” (Morris)
