2. <u>Resolution 2025-XXX:</u> Approving Amendment No. 9 for Task Order No. 4 under the terms of the Master Agreement (City Contract No. 2024-111) with NV5, Inc. (Fresno, California office) for Construction Management and Inspection Services for the City of Turlock’s Roads Initiative Program in the amount of $43,199.25 to be funded by Fund 115 “Measure A – Roads” for Bid Package 2 for City Project No. 23-067 as “NV5 CM Task Order No. 4 for City Project No. 23-067, Bid Package 2” (Pezeshk)<br><br><u>Resolution 2025-XXX:</u> Approving Amendment No. 10 for Task Order No. 5 under the terms of the Master Agreement (City Contract No. 2024-111) with NV5, Inc. (Fresno, California office) for Construction Management and Inspection Services for the City of Turlock’s Roads Initiative Program in the amount of $66,231.87 to be funded by Fund 115 “Measure A – Roads” for Bid Package 3 for City Project No. 23-067 as “NV5 CM Task Order No. 5 for City Project No. 23-067, Bid Package 3” (Pezeshk)
